QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred.
- General office and computer skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff.
- Knowledge of database programs.
JOB GOAL: To assist with clerical duties as assigned. These duties may include processing of purchase orders, data entry, record keeping and student records.
DUTIES:
- Perform the usual office routines and practices associated with a productive and smoothly run office.
- Maintain system and student records as required.
- Assist with incoming calls and mail.
- Perform any bookkeeping tasks associated with the specific position.
- Participate in professional learning as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of student information.
- Perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and the Governance Team policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned for the betterment of Foothills Education Charter High School.
